The Russian Cooking Class is on Friday, July 12th from 3-6pm in the Babcock Hall Food Applicatoin Laboratory Rm B141! Students will be making Sharlotka (Russian apple cake), Bliny (crepes), and Okroshka (traditional cold soup).
